Upside down is more fun than right side up, don’t you agree? Upside Down Caramel Apple Bread is everything it says it is and it’s GOOD! Plus it’s a one bowl recipe, so clean up is easy!
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Place sliced apple in bottom of loaf pan so that the slices are in a single layer. Drizzle caramel sauce over apples.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Pour batter into loaf pan, then bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
4. Allow to cool, then remove from pan. Turn loaf upside down, slice and enjoy! (if top of loaf rose too much, you may cut the top portion of the loaf off so it is able to be turned upside down easier.)
